Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 1, 2026

L\S Studio is committed to making its website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to [www.ls-studio.co] and reflects our current accessibility posture and ongoing commitments.

1.  Our Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.

These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have motor impairments, or have cognitive disabilities.

2.  Current Accessibility Status

We believe our site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some content may not fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and address gaps.

Steps we have taken or are taking to improve accessibility include:

  • Using semantic HTML to support screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Providing sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements

  • Ensuring all images include meaningful alternative text descriptions

  • Designing for keyboard navigability — all interactive elements are reachable without a mouse

  • Avoiding content that flashes or strobes at rates known to trigger seizures

  • Writing in plain, clear language

3.  Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there may be areas where we fall short. Known or potential limitations include:

  • Third-party embedded content (such as analytics tools) may not meet the same accessibility standards we hold ourselves to — we have limited control over their output

  • Older content or documents may not be fully optimized for screen readers

We are committed to addressing these limitations as we identify them. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes our priorities.

4.  Regulatory Context

For visitors in the United Kingdom: this statement is provided in the spirit of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and relevant provisions of the Equality Act 2010, even though, as a private business, we are not currently subject to the public sector regulations directly.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, we are aware of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which takes effect for many private-sector businesses in June 2025, and we are monitoring our obligations accordingly.

For visitors in the United States, we are aware of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its application to commercial websites, and that framework informs our accessibility efforts.

5.  Feedback & Contact

Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our site, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you.

6.  Review Schedule

We review and update this statement at least annually, and whenever significant changes are made to the Site. Our next scheduled review is April 2027.
